Time feels slower, more plentiful tonight than in recent times.  This is good news.   The awfulness wants to take up residence in my head, but I ain’t its parking garage and it can’t park its bullshit here for free. (Thank you Jeffrey McDaniel.)

Tracked the food, did the 10 minutes, did the situps, used the food processor to make a smoothie, worked on the novel, did a load of laundry and am now contemplating a day of cheese in Seattle with the loveliest people ever devised to share a Camembert with.  All this whilst I am overlooking the monthly plummet into the crimson depths.  Responsibility is self-care.  Self-care is responsibility.
